WARRANTY POLICY

Deals Plus warrants to the original retail purchaser subject to the ensuing limitations and conditions that the product purchased is free from defects. This warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of parts without charge which appear upon inspection by Deals Plus or a nominated agent of Deals Plus.

The warranty is not transferable to any subsequent owner. The warranty period commences from the date of shipment from our premises for a period as specified in the item listing. Proof of purchase is the responsibility of the owner and details of proof of purchase will be required prior to any warranty claim being undertaken.

Warranty terms do not cover parts or components that have been damaged by neglect and/or misuse, incorrect assembly, improper or irregular maintenance, accidents, and/or use beyond the item’s normal intended working capacity. The replacement of any item or part will be solely at the discretion of Deals Plus or a nominated agent of Deals Plus.

The warranty does not obligate Deals Plus or its nominated Agents to bear the cost of transport incurred in the repair or replacement of any defective part. The payment of transport costs in both directions will be solely the responsibility of the retail purchaser.

The warranty does not exclude any condition or warranty implied by the Trade Practices Act 1974 or any other relevant legislation which implies any condition which cannot be excluded.

RETURNS POLICY

Returns without prior authorisation will not be refunded.

In order to process your return, the following process must be strictly adhered to:

1. Email us via the form on the CONTACT US page within the timeframe clearly stating that you want to return the item.

2. We will issue you with an RMA (Returns Merchandise Authorisation) number.

3. Immediately return the goods to us and supply us with all the tracking information. You are responsible for the return shipping cost.

4. Once we receive the return, we will assess the goods to ensure they are in their original, unused condition and that there are no fingermarks or scratches evident. All packaging must also be intact exactly as orignally supplied to you.

5. Once we have confirmed that the product has been returned in original condition, we will process the refund.

6.The following amounts will be deducted from your refund:

(i) The original cost of shipping the goods to you as these are non-refundable. If the item was purchased with FREE SHIPPING, we will deduct the actual shipping charges we paid to deliver the goods to you.

(ii) A re-stocking fee of 20% of the purchase price will be charged.

(iii) If the item is found not to be in its original condition, the return will be rejected, and you will be subject to re-delivery charges to your location. In this case, the re-stocking fee will not be charged, however you will be charged a further $20 assessment fee.

ARBITRATION

Deals Plus is located in New South Wales, Australia. Legal issues arising out of, but not exclusive to the use of our our websites, eBay store or Microsites (unless otherwise specifically stated) are governed by and in accordance with the laws of the State of New South Wales (exclusive of its rules regarding conflicts of laws).

By purchasing from us, Users agree that any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with this Agreement or the performance, breach or termination thereof, or the Site or any Microsite, shall be finally settled by arbitration in New South Wales.

SHIPPING POLICY

We use Australia Post and various courier services to deliver the goods.

All items are delivered on weekdays during business hours and a signature is required to accept the goods.

Please ensure the address and telephone number has been filled in correctly during checkout.

We highly recommend using your work address for delivery if you work during the day and there is the possibility of nobody being home to accept delivery.

Items will be shipped on the same or next day of receiving full cleared payment. At least 90% of our orders are despatched on the same day.

If there is nobody home during the attempted delivery, a calling card will be left. If the item was despatched by courier, you will need to contact them and make alternative arrangements asap, or additional charges may be incurred. If the item was despatched by Australia Post, the item will be left at your local post office for collection asap, or additional charges may be incurred.

You may pickup the goods from our warehouse in Bankstown, NSW. We do not charge a handling fee to do so. You must contact us beforehand to arrange a time and day. The only form of payment for this method is CASH. Please ensure you have the exact money as we may not be able to provide change.
