Unless stated otherwise, all our products are covered by a 3 month (90 day) warranty.

This is an AUSTRALIAN warranty and the product will be sent to an AUSTRALIAN address for service.

Unfortunately, sometimes there are issues.  In the unfortunate case that you need to make a warranty claim, we will never ask you to send your product overseas, nor will you ever be expected to wait an unacceptable amount of time for the repair to be undertaken. If there is a problem, you simply return the product to us and we will take care of the rest.
